The Pinot Grigio wines are obtained from a grape assortment reputed for its high capacity to gather
sugar. If harvested late (mid October), this assortment reaches veritable records in Vanju-Mare Orevita, in some
years their sugar concentration can go up to 280 or even 300 grams per liter. These grapes make possible the
production of sweet wines with 60 grams of sugar per liter, full bodied and rich, but at the same time rounded and
delicate. They have a complex and noble flavour which is able to change in a very valuable bouquet after a 2-3 years
ageing process. Harvested early (mid September), made with yeast controlled fermentation and under controlled
temperature (at 14º-16ºC), the result is a wonderful dry wine with a lively floral aroma.
Tasting notes
"Full, fresh citrus, melon and pear fruit is balanced by subtle herb nuances. Crisp and
refreshing, with hints of vanilla and spice in the long finish, this wine is a fine aperitif and a perfect match
for fish, chicken, enchiladas or light pastas."
Packaging
The whole package is made having in mind that the Bucur Villa range is a high quality one from all
points of view. The bottles are bordelesa europea shaped, flint coloured and imported from Italy. The capsules are
velvety black coloured, printed with the gold Vinterra logo. The corks are natural, twin-line, 24x44 mm, imported
fromGermany. The carton case is for 12 or 6 bottles (according to the client's demand), made of firm white safety
carton.
