The Chardonnay variety is cultivated on a small area (about 1,200 hectares), particularly in Murfatlar - Medgidia
region; the grape maturity is attained in the second decade of September. Harvested early, the Chardonnay grapes
produce very good dry wines, appreciated for their discreet flavour. Actually, dry Chardonnay wines currently enjoy
the highest demand in international trade because they meet the taste of different consumers.
Tasting Notes
"The concentrated fruit, layered complexity and seamless elegance are fully realized in this wine.
Layers of ripe tropical fruit, pear, citrus and apple complement spice in the aroma and flavour. Polished texture
